4 out of 5 stars Excellent Balance of Flavor & Convenience!   November 8, 2007

Of the Chai Tea options currently available for the Keurig brewers, Timothy's has given it the best effort. A wonderful balance of spicing with a classic selection of tea. It isn't quite a coffee house Chai, but add a spot of honey and some warm milk, and most would be hard-pressed to argue against the convenience offered here. I've tried the others available at the time of this writing, and would have to say that if you are seeking a Chai Tea K-Cup, look no further! Nice work Timothy's World!

I don't like tea for the most part but I do drink the Chai tea because I love the cinnoman taste. I do add cream and sugar as I would my coffee though.

4 out of 5 stars Not Bad   September 22, 2007

I found this Chai Tea to be tasty, but a bit watery. Of course, since I am used to Chai that has been brewed in milk instead of water, this did not come as a a big surprise. I found brewing the tea on the smallest serving size and backfilling with cream to be the best way to drink it.

I am not a big tea drinker, but my wife is. She has tried several brands/flavors and long settled on this one as her undisputed favorite. This tea comes closest to reproducing India's masala chai experience. Combine that with the convenience of a Keurig and you'll understand why she likes to keep sufficient inventory on hand so that we never ever run out. And when we do occasionally run out she will tolerate Celestial Seasonings Devonshire English Breakfast Black Tea (a good non-masala chai), but Timothy's Chai remains her #1 choice.

I sampled this variety at work, and now I'm here to buy a stash of my own to drink! It came in a variety pack of Timothy's k-cups. I brewed it on the 5 oz setting, added sweetener and cream, and it is fabulous. The aroma is so spicy, and the taste of cinnamon and others spices is just right.
