Product Description SNOWMAN SPREADER WITH STONES 4 PIECE SET Spread a little cheer with these snowman-topped spreader. They make an adorable addition to a buffet spread and also makes a great hostess gift. Crafted of fine silver plated material, this set is perfect for both formal or casual entertaing, and will retain its exquisite look for years to come. Wash by hand with a mild soap and hand dry immediately, with a soft dry cloth, to avoid damaging the finish.

| Customer Reviews:
Great little serving knives! January 12, 2008 Victoria L. First, these knives are not stainless steel as noted in the description, but silverplate. I would not wash them in the dishwasher, especially since the snowmens' eyes and buttons, as well as the handle of the knives, sport little "rhinestone" decorations. These are adorable and a perfect size for spreads and pates. Just a note about this silverplate. These may not be made of the best material (they're made in China) but for a couple of uses every year they should last a long time if taken care of properly. Hand wash and dry; then when these are thoroughly dry, wrap tightly in a strip of tissue paper, then in a strip of plastic wrap. Oxygen is what turns silver dark. With any luck, using this storage method, they will only need polished every few years. I bought these for $12 after Christmas (they are originally $25, I believe). Just saw them at $8 now. I'm ordering 4 more sets for hostess gifts for next year!
