This product is good as to what it says. However, I feel the bowls are a little small. If it can be bigger, it will be great.

I bought this item about a year ago to help me keep me on a healthy eating lifestyle. The amount of food this holds is perfect for an 8 hour day at the office. The bottom two containers do keep things warm for several hours, but the items that you put in should be hot, right out of the microwave, stove, etc. You can figure the cold stuff staying cool and the hot stuff staying warm for 3 to 4 hours. The top two are best suited for items that won't go bad quickly, i.e, crackers, cheese, dry cereal. Putting frozen fruit works well too, it is cool but thawed in time for lunch. Cleaning with hot soapy water gets out any odors and stains from messy foods. Definitely has to be kept in an upright position, otherwise liquids will leak. I am very very satisfied with this product and have not been able to find anything as practical and versatile. It is a great help for people looking for portion control and a to make sure they eat several small meals a day. Absolutely worth the investment.

I needed something to keep my lunch contain and this works great. I haven't used the soup bowl yet. I find that you can put extra things in the space when you do not use the soup bowl. The large bowl goes straight the bottom and the medium stays at the top so in between those two I was able to put crackers or grapes in that space.
