 Warning Do Not Buy! This Product has ZERO Quality -- Absolute Garbage October 9, 2008

I heard this product advertised for months on Sirius Satellite Radio. I trust Sirius, but obviously they were more concerned with advertising dollars than the integrity of a product.
The Man Groomer is absolute TRASH GARBAGE!!! The whole idea of the groomer is to be able to trim hair to a specific desired length using the red guard. The red sliding guard: 1. Does Not Stay In Place -- It automatically slides to the lowest setting with the least amount of pressure literally making it impossible to trim hair to any length other than the shortest length the guard will allow. 2. It's made of the cheapest brittle Junk Plastic imaginable. It's as if the manufacturer went out and specifically found the worst plastic available and then bought it all for the Man Groomer.
Don't waste your time, money or postage. The Nose/Ear Trimmer and the Man Groomer Body Shaver are both absolute Crap. I'm out 45 bucks. Go buy something at Wal-Mart, Target or the Drug Store. That way if you don't like it, you have a receipt and can return it. I live in Canada and it's not practical to ship it back -- Plus I don't think Canada Post allows people to mail GARBAGE across borders.

Trims your body hair to a good length with the cage comb on.
Shaves totally smooth when the guard is off.
Overall shape is good for getting in tighter body areas.
Power is good and lasts long and ius good since it takes a while to shave body.
Recommended.

This product was terrible. I even dug the instructions out of the trash to see if i was doing something "wrong". It would not cut any hair at all. I went back to my usual razor.

Excellent product. Worked right out of the package without any charge. Easy to use and very good at what it does. ;)
Red comb doesn't really do that well expcept for setting 1 which is good for legs and chest triiming. Recharge time is quick and definitely worth the money.

This product is poorly designed and does not work very well. I read all of the reviews and the negative ones really made me think before I ordered, but I did it anyway since it came with a free nose/ear trimmer. I truly believe that the positive reviews below are planted to boost the rating. Any decent beard trimmer would work better than this. I guess if the price was $14-$19 it would be a fair price but $39.99 is too expensive. Spend another $10 and get any more reputable brand beard trimmer if you really want a positive experience. Nothing about this item makes it "better" for "private" areas.
