For those of you who do not know the meaning of instant relief of back pain, you need to get this Teeter Hang Ups inversion table. It is built very well which is important for a device that puts you upside down. You don't want the thing to break. And I feel totally confident that my Teeter Hang Ups inversion table will hold me with no problem (I weigh 210 lbs). I love this thing. I go on it every night. And something I didn't expect was that it makes my whole body feel good afterwards. I got the gravity boots along with it. And I'm glad I did because without them, the foam padded bar starts getting a little painful after a while. But with the gravity boots, it is no problem.

If I could stay on the thing all day, I'd feel fine. It does the trick for a duration of time for me. Once I get back into my normal routine, the pain in my lower back (sciatica) does return somewhat. But it does seem to work overall.

I'm 61 years old and decided to buy this product after seeing it in a store (at a higher price). It does exactly what they say. It is helping relieve the discomfort from my compressed disks. A couple of weeks getting used to inverting and I'm pretty comfortable in the fully inverted position. I'm also doing some of the inverted crunches, which is really strengthening my abs. It's a great product.
