This is a great Vitamin C product that is well-tolerated by people who suffer from acid-reflux or who are sensitive to regular / generic types of Vitamin C. I have been using Natrol Ester C for years and will keep using it.
The other comment posted here is inappropriate since it does not discuss the product, only the service provided. This is not the right place for this.

I took more than 2 weeks to receive my order. When I finally got it, expiration date was too short to use all items.
