I was not expecting an imitation. The felt on this product was coming off anf the bubble wrap was old and worn. Beware.....whe I asked for a refund I was told to mail the product back to a P.O. Box number and I was not given a name. Don't trust this vender....well only if you want a fake Chi.....Not at all satisfied...
