Yellow pee. Good/bad
Absorption. I assume good. cause of the pee.

18 bucks for a months worth of product is not a bad price.
Does it contain everything. Not even close. Is it better than eating tons of fruits and vegatables everyday. Yes it is.
And the cap is a measured pour. So, you could have a really crap shot class when your done. Put it next to all your empty liquor bottles that people display so proudly on their kitchen window.....:D

Anyway. It's a good product. Your not going to get a ton of antioxidens, ginko biloba a slew of vitamens. What you will get is a fruit and vegatable substitute. And a good one at that.
So, buy it. It's a good product.
And it's cheap for what your getting. Heck, buy 8. Thats 8 months. And you'll save on shipping.
Then you and your friends will have a collection of crap shot classes.
