I have been using CLA on and off for several years, now as I approach 40 years old. I look to my old standby to lean up.
It is not meant to help you lose weight but to manage weight (severely restricting fat cells growth) with a sensible fat loss exercise and eating program in place.
Once you understand this and use it as directed especially Tonalin brand you will experience noticeable improvement in your body profile. It helps to give you that extra edge of lean cutting profile fat losses on stomach and elsewhere.
If you think it doesn't help, use it as directed and then stop and compare it with a past session and you will definitely miss it.
Lately I have also found out for women it has been researched to help with abnormal growth for examples in breast mass tissue growth that is abnormal so it has other health benefits especially with inflamatory diseases.
For the folks who think it is going to give miraculous "sit on my couch results", like some other reviews I saw on here, these users were ignorant of CLA purpose and intended use, please move on lol. It is for someone serious about cutting fat ,leaning up and eating sensibly.

This did not work for me at all. I even paired it with borage oil, but I did not see any changes.

The product arrived on time. This product works best with exercise and with well balanced meals you could achieve a good sucess rate.

This stuff is fantastic! It has helped me cut cravings down to a minimum and I have dropped 5 pounds in 2 weeks. I also exercise and watch what I eat. Nothing is a miracle short of surgery/starvation, but this does work if used with a healthy menu and work out program.

I really like this product it helped me lose the last few pounds I needed to lose for a special event and my belly fat really shaped up quite a bit.
