This is mainly a laxative tee I would say, does the work, I have lost weight since I started last week but complemented with diet and excercise.- Still, I have been going to the bathroom a lot! Some stomach pains before as an advisory and that's it. it is not like you are always rushing to the bathroom.
I ordered the same again cause it works for me, the taste is good, i take without sugar and use the tea bags even twice because the tee is pretty strong.-
The packaging sucks and looks very cheap and poor, the tea bags dont have a holder but for me, as long as it does the job which does, is good enough, especially for the price : ) I recommend it.
This was my first review. But now after using this product for 3 weeks I got a terrible allergy that does not go away even after 2 days of discontinuing the product, the allergy covered my whole body of spots and it hurts i can't stop scrubbing my body from the itching!
nothing changed in my diet but this tea i added to my daily diet.- weird thing is i am not allergic, and took allergy pills but the itching did not go away yet.- Beware if you are allergic.

It tastes great! I drink it once a day. and It reduces my appetite, I don't feel hungry, My cravings are not what they were. I haven't had any bathroom issues. I know this can happen. and truthfully it's supposed to, but not in extremes. My tummy after 3 pregnancies and four children has protruded and often bloated. this also has reduced it 8 fold since the start!
I will update by winter time fall 2010
You should buy it, and try it!
Things to consider: If your on medications, do they cause stomach problems? Loose stools already? if you try this, i would expect it to work a bit more intense for you with visiting the bathroom. use caution!

If you take prescription meds, you might want to make sure they won't prohibit this from working. That said, this does work, but it took a while for me. As for the taste, just add a regular tea bag in with it - problem solved. I used this for over a week - twice a day - before finally seeing results. Yes, I did ask my doctor if this would be a problem w/ my med & it won't - but better to be safe all around. I take ulcer medication & it slowed the effectiveness of this tea - but not for long. Just be patient.

I've always had difficulty going to the bathroom and every thing seems to constipate me so I'm always looking for the magical item. One day when I was buying my normal tea, I spotted this tea and thought I would try it out. I immediately fell in love with the tea. I agree with the others in that the taste is not that great but you get used to the tast. I did not use the tea everyday. I was not using it for weight loss, but for constipation. I would drink a cup at night and in the morning I would go to the bathroom and feel great. I since ordered some on-line and I'm now trying as a diet aid so I'm very excited to see how it helps in that category. I also ordered the pills and they're magical. When I take them I don't get hungry.
