These pads are the same ones a local shoe store puts in my shoes for double the price. I'm thrilled to be able to replace them myself and save money at the same time. These pads allow me to walk without pain avoiding surgery (for the time being). I have lost the padding on the bottom of my feet, have hammer toes and arthritis.
