CALVIN KLEIN created CONTRADICTION in 1997. It is the result of the following top fragrance Notes: juniper, bergamot and lavender. The middle notes are: sage, coriander and freesia and the base of the fragrance is: sandalwood, moss and cedar. CONTRADICTION is recommended for romantic use.

I buy this scent for my husband everytime he runs out. It is my favorite. Very masculine, but not musky. It is not overpowering either.

I really do. The moniker "Contradiction", although catchy, is a misnomer. This product agrees with the senses in every way. Unfortunately, the scent of Contradiction fades quickly and after an hour is no longer detectable from socially appropriate distances. But while it lingers, Contradiction is the most pleasant and romantic cologne on the market.

I was a little hesitant to order a colonge without smelling it but I generally like any fragrance by Calvin Klein. I was very happy with Contradiction it has a very pleasant scent that is not overwhelming.

When I found out that Contradiction was no longer going to be sold in the US I thought I would never find this again. It's my boyfriend's favorite cologne and I was determined to find it. Thanks to Amazon, he has his sexy scent back. lol
