Kellogg's Shredded Wheat Miniatures are the perfect cold cereal because they are nothing but pure 100% whole wheat with nothing added (except vitamins and iron). No sugar has been added and the sodium content is zero! Besides, they are delicious! I have given this product four stars instead of five because my second case arrived in very bad condition - seriously crushed. Nevertheless, I still consider this the best cold cereal on the market.

I like this cereal because it doesn't get soaky right-away, and it's sugar free, I believe. You must forget while eating it, it's great fiber, it's not hay. Tho' it's strongly resembles it.

These delicious miniatures have the fluffiness and texture of large (3" x 2") shredded wheat biscuits but in a spoon-sized package, allowing milk to delicately infiltrate them to produce a light but crunchy morsel with every bite. All other miniatures seem to have the texture of pressed cardboard (flat, dense squares), so once you've tried these, nothing else will suffice. It's a pity they only come in single-serving boxes. If you like the large biscuits but hate cutting them into bite-sized pieces that never quite fit on a spoon anyway, these miniatures are calling your name...

The cereal had a very good flavor. The cereal lead me to believe it created a strawberry coloring of the milk. This affect made eating the cereal fun. I don't believe the strawberry flavor reduced any of the health benefits of Shredded wheat.
I like Shredded wheat. Shredded wheat provides extremely healthy nutrition and an excellent way for reducing fat for those with high cholestrol. Eating Shredded wheat is preferred healthwise than bacon and eggs because of the low fat content. Fat is the enemy of good health.
I never worry about getting fat eating Shredded Wheat. Shredded Wheat is an excellent morning staple for maintain good health.
