Cinnamon Pastry is by far my favorite flavor and anyone who tries it immediately becomes a fan too. After the first time I tried it at a friend's I went home and ordered 2 boxes, since then its pretty much the only flavor I drink.

I had never tried Timothy's brand until I bought this box of Cinnamon Pastry. It is very delicious! I am usually very picky about coffee flavors because I don't like the taste of regular coffee. I won't drink it unless it has a lot of flavor and this was exactly what I was looking for. I normally buy Gloria Jeans Cinammon Mocha but I think I am going to start buying more of this Timothy's brand because it tastes so much richer and with more flavor.

I was really looking forward to receiving this coffee when I ordered it from Amazon. But the flavor just really let me down. I can barely taste what is considered the Cinnamon Pastry taste. It is by no means an offensive taste, it is just really quite subtle. I don't drink my coffee strong and often put a splash of plain soy milk in my coffee to cool it down. Unfortunately, the small amount of plain soy milk pretty much took out most of the flavor of the coffee. Much of the time the aroma of the coffee is a huge part of the taste....sorry but I am not smelling much of anything other than coffee - I am just not catching any whiffs of cinnamon with this coffee at all. It is okay...but so is plain coffee, for the money you might skip this one if you are looking for a real taste of Cinnamon (Pastry).

Timothy's World Coffee L-cups Cinnamon Pastry is my current favorite flavor! Tastes like you're nibbling on a fresh warm cinnamon roll but NO calories!:):) Mmmmm SO relaxing and yummy...an aaahaaa moment! You must try this one...but warning it may become YOUR FAV also!
