This product is tolerable (if you make with cream for those on Atkins, or milk for those not), but it is $10-$12 cheaper at the grocery store.

Although the label says this is not a low-calorie food, it is just a little more than 200 calories a serving. It's low in everything except vitamins and minerals, providing at least 50% for about 20 of them. I like to make one of these for breakfast when I am rushed, it's summer and I don't want a hot or heavy meal, or when I am trying to lose weight on a low-carb diet. Although it tastes fine as is, I like to add a few ice cubes and fruit to blender for an even tastier and healthy drink.

I usually don't bother with the blender, which leaves it lumpy and not appetizing to look at, but I don't care because it actually tastes really good and significantly reduces my appetite.
I have a really hard time losing weight, even though I work out 40 min/day, but I seem to lose weight when I use this. I don't understand why it's the only protein mix that works for me, maybe it's the combination of vitamins in it or the fact that it doesn't have any sugar...? I was upset when the local grocery store stopped stocking it, so I was relieved to find I could stock up on it online!
I recommend using it to lose weight - use a blender, and drink it as a supplement to smaller meals, as a snack, or at night if you get hungry after dinner. PS - The Creamy Vanilla mix is tasty, the Chocolate is yucky.
