The best protein shake on the marketJuly 6, 2006 Nikdonbon(Harrisville Ut) A Bio-Chemist recommended that I use this shake. I love the taste. I like it best with soymilk and mixed berries and banana's mixed together with a blender. The shake comes with amino-acids which we don't get in our diets today. Amazon has the best price I have found anywhere on the net and locally. It can take a little while to receive but is definatly worth the wait. Just be sure to order well before you run out!
