I love this! I eat this 3 times a day... Mostly i only eat this alone during mealtimes with my cup of tea with fiber on it and i lose weight fast!

These are really good. I'm losing weight and I eat one of these every night for dessert. Only 1!! That's all you need as it satisfies my sweet tooth..I've been losing weight on the 1500 calorie diet plan.

This bar is awesome! I thought it'd taste horrid and picked it only because of the "nougat" in the title. I wasn't disappointed. It isn't oober sweet like Snickers that's why I like it so much, it hits the spot for something sweet without breaking your diet. I'm not a chocolate fan but I'd recommend this. I'm afraid to try any of the others in case they don't live up to this one. In the food stores here, this is the only flavor on the shelf so that's good.
