I drink Yogi Bedtime Tea before going to bed because it relaxes me and helps me fall asleep. If the noisey neighbor wakes me up at 3:00 am, I drink some of this tea and can get back to sleep. Otherwise, I toss and turn for hours.

I drink this every night before bed and it really does relax me and help me fall asleep. It has a little bit of sweetness and overall quite delcious. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is high strung and whose mind moves a mile a minute.

I have not always been a serious tea lover, but this tea has really changed my mind about how wonderful tea can make you feel. This bedtime tea has a much more rich and complex flavor than other sleepy time teas. It does contain natural ingredients that may affect medications that you are currently taking, so please read the box. I enjoy this tea in the evening. It has a very rich flavor that does not need to be sweetened.
I love the packaging so you can take some with you if you are traveling. Included on every tea bag is an uplifting fortune. The price here is so much cheaper than my natural health store. I can buy the package of six here for what three boxes of tea cost at my local store. All in all I really enjoy this tea, and have given away several packages as I find this tea relaxing and tasty. If you are looking for a new bedtime tea, I would highly recommend this tea for you.

This tea works really well if you drink it an hour before you plan to go to sleep. It helps you gently relax...and doesn't harm the liver!

I was pleasantly surprised that this tea made me drowsy. I knew it couldn't be the chamomile because other teas have been useless.
I use 2 teabags each night.
I enjoy the taste - no sugar needed.
