this product is part of the Best Life Diet Program and has the seal. Easy to use when time is of the essence for a midday snack or breakfast on the go. Is very filling and assists with maintaing weight control. Fits into Weight Watchers program as well.

I've been drinking these for a year. After extensive testing of all the meal replacement shakes on the market that i could find in all flavors, this is the ONLY one that I could stand. After a week I actually started to like it. By replacing breakfast and lunch with this (with a side of fruit), having a light dinner, and excercising one hour 3-4 times a week I lost 60 lbs in the last year. Couldn't be happier about it. I've reached my goal weight and continue to drink these for lunch during the week since I can never seem to make lunch ahead of time, and cafeteria choices are intolerable or fattening. The amazon subscription price for this product ends up costing half of what I was paying in the grocery store, and its great to have them delivered every month to my front door. Definately would recommend!

I love this product - I will refrigerate the cans, then stick one in the freezer about an hour before I want to drink it. The liquid freezes just a touch and makes the shake very cold with slight icy particles in it. Yum yum. Takes the place of breakfast and lunch and tastes really good.

If you are like me, unwilling to get up extra early, set the table, fix a meal, clear the table and do the dishes before going to work or just starting your day then this is the way to go. All you have to do is go to the refrigerator and get a can, pop it open and drink. It tastes good and there's no after taste to bug you all morning. It's plenty to give your body a little "get up and go" and only takes a few moments. If you haven't tried it - - - - you really should. Enjoy and feel better because you know you're treating your body right.

I cannot compare the different flavors of the slim fast line, but I have have tried this (High Protein), the Lo Carb, and the Optima.
The Optima tastes the best, but has less Protein than the others.
The High Protein has a . . . well . . . a thick taste to it that I kind of don't like but I've gotten used to it. I think it's a flavor associated with the added protein, as I've tasted this in other high protein drinks before. I realize that 'thick' is not actually a taste :-) but I cant find the words to describe it.
Then having read that the Lo Carb slim fast actually had more protein than the High Protein drink, I figured that I better give it a try YUCK!. To each their own as they say, but it tasted like saccharin coated chalk with chocolate.
Back to the review of the Chocolate Slim-Fast High Protein drink. It tastes good enough to me, not quite as good as the optima, but a close second and it has the extra protein that my doc recommended for my diet. OH, and I'm loosing weight. Of course it's the other things that I'm eating through the day that are making the difference. As they say, slim fast for lunch and a sensible meal for dinner, ect ect.
I'm going to stick to the High Protein but I intend to try some other flavors out. I'll post what I find.
