Wonderful tea! December 30, 2008 M. Prieto (Florida) This is a great decaffinated tea. It's very hard to find in the stores so I was happy to find it online. This seller sent it in a box, neatly packed. It took a bit longer than I would have wanted, but I think that was because of the holidays. Snow and all - overall, quite happy with quality and delivery of product.
Very pleased w/ all Twinings decaf teas June 22, 2008 ElastiGirl 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
We've been drinking Twinings decaf teas for a while now & this one is new to us. Very pleased with it -- lighter in flavor than Earl Grey -- most enjoyable in the afternoons.
Excellent tea June 12, 2008 E. Rogers This is a very pleasant tea for anyone that enjoys a decaf tea. Nice to drink in the evening since it doesn't contain caffeine. It is a softer tea than Earl Grey and has a mild citrus flavor that is refreshing.
No Decaf aftertaste May 22, 2008 P. Mixon (Arlington, TX USA) Lady Grey is my favorite tea so I was a bit leery of how the decaf version would hold up. It's great! I'm glad I was able to find a delicious tea to drink at night.Twinings Lady Grey Decaf Tea, Tea Bags, 20-Count Boxes (Pack of 6)
A great tea, an excellent tea! April 6, 2007 Kurt A. Johnson (Marseilles, Illinois, USA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Twinings was founded in London, England in 1706, and has a long and respected tradition of producing only the finest of teas. Now, one of the most popular of black teas is Earl Grey, which is a mixture of black tea and oil of bergamot (a small acidic orange). But, some people find Earl Grey a little overpowering. For them, Twinings has come up with a gentler blend named Lady Grey. Lady Grey is a blend of all oriental black teas, Seville orange and lemon peel, and just a hint of Bergamot. OK, let's get down to brass tacks - this is a great tea, an excellent tea, produced by a great company, and it just might become my new favorite. It has just about the same wonderful smell as Earl Grey, but its taste is much smoother. Plus, I must say that when iced, Lady Grey makes a delicious and refreshing drink. (As a word of advice, don't add lemon to this tea, it is already flavored with citrus products, and I have found that lemon will simply overpower them.) That's my review. If you want a wonderful smelling and tasting black tea, then Lady Grey is for you. If you want tea from a great tea producer, them Twinings is for you. If you want a nectareous drink, then buy Twinings' Lady Grey tea!
