I have not lost any weight on these pills. I even tried up to 3 pills twice a day. It seems to slim down the belly fat, but i have not lost any weight while following a weight watchers diet.

Well, I started taking these pills about a week ago. I picked these because they seem to be a natural product from a reputable company. I was skeptical, like many of the other reviewers. I also started cardio kickboxing classes and I've been watching what I eat. I started with one pill at breakfast and one at dinner. I didn't feel much, but I measured and weighed myself on day one.
The next day I took two at breakfast and dinner. No side effects. I wasn't sure whether or not it was doing anything, but I found I forgot to eat. My mind wasn't on food as much and I seem to not crave sweets quite as much. It has now been a week. I've lost 8 pounds, 1 inch off my waist and a little off my thighs and hips. People have noticed already. I am only planning to lose 20-25 pounds, so this is a great start.
A couple of days ago I also started using a whey protein diet shake. This seems to be keeping my blood sugar level, and it seems to be helping with the cravings. I feel good, and I plan to continue with these pills. It's really nice to have found a diet pill that seems safe and effective.

I started taking it a few months back and became SEVERELY constipated. To put it in perspective - I had my gallbladder out and so I usually have very 'fast' bowels. I took the recommended dose - lost zero pounds - even w/ diet and exercise. The constipation was so bad that I didn't go for three days and when I did it was very painful. I gave them to my mother-in-law who wanted to try it... same thing happened to her even though her health is nearly perfect.
Garbage.

I have been using FucoThin for several months now and have found this product to do just as it says. I have seen results in the belly fat area of my body. I would highly recommend this product and so many others by Garden of Life that I have used.

I just started taking this product a few days ago so I'm still in the trial period. What I have noticed so far is that it has greatly decreased my appetite. I didn't know it would have that effect but I welcome it. I have also decided to take 1 pill with breakfast and another with lunch but will not take a third pill with dinner because I think it may be causing a bit of insomnia.
After reading all the reviews for this product it's clear that everyone's body chemistry is different. Many reviewers report amazing results (weight loss) and others have not benefited from it at all. Whether FucoThin helps you lose weight I feel depends on your body type and how you metabolize this particular supplement.
