Be careful; this product is not for everyone November 25, 2008 Java Joey Not only did this product bound me up (causing back pain that kept me out of work for a couple of days); ten days later I was at my doctor's office with abdomen pain. I ended up with an infection in my intestinal walls. Please check with your doctor before taking any colon cleansing product (even if it states it's all natural).
Dangerous Product March 12, 2008 Laura Knight-Jadczyk (France) I had already bought the product when I read the reviews here: Garden of Life - Perfect Cleanse, 1 kit I was a bit alarmed, but then thought that maybe the negative reviews were by people just didn't follow the directions exactly. So, I determined to do that, to be very careful and really give the product a good and fair test. It was a disaster, to say the least. Oh, yes, it worked for two days, and then the constipation and bloating started exactly as the other reviewers described. It was miserable. I persisted, thinking that I ought to just give it a chance to work, but it got worse and worse and by day six, I gave up, took some Milk of Magnesia, and threw the rest out. Aside from the fact that I think it was a waste of money, it could very easily do damage to someone with special medical conditions, known or not. I think it is a dangerous product and ought not to be sold on amazon.
