5 out of 5 stars Light GF Breads   May 24, 2008

Since discovering the light version of Ener-G's gluten free packaged breads, I won't ever go back to eating the heavier versions. I made up a batch of garlic bread using GF tapioca bread for a party and everyone gobbled it up! It will never be as good as regular wheat based bread, but, it is pretty darn close! 5 out of 5 stars Toast Gluten Free Bread!   May 14, 2008

I have tried a lot of different Gluten Free Bread. I would like to give some advice to any of you Celiac sufferer's. If you miss a good old fashioned sandwich because you can't eat regular bread, toast your Gluten Free bread. It makes it considerably less dry and sticky in your mouth. It is 100 times better this way and you will enjoy your sandwiches once again.

As for Ener-G Foods Light Brown Rice Bread? It is very good. Remember toast your bread. You don't even have to toast it till it is dark. Just put it in the toaster for a few minutes.

5 out of 5 stars Toasts Well   April 11, 2008

This bread toasts well, and is a great option if you do not have time to bake your own bread. While not as good as home made bread, this product is as close as you can get to the real deal. It keeps well over the course of a week.

4 out of 5 stars light and softer   April 1, 2008

This is the only gluten free bread that doesn't need to be toasted. It is perfect for pb&j, you can travel with it easily, and it is very light and soft (not as moist as regular bread, though), not dense and crumbly like other gluten free breads. Also it is vacuum sealed so it lasts a long time and you never need to freeze it.

4 out of 5 stars Probably one of the best GF Breads   September 24, 2007

This is probably one of the best Gluten Free Breads out there. It's not heavy & dense like most Gluten Free breads on the market. It's actually a pretty light bread. The texture is pretty close to regular sandwich bread. As with all Gluten Free breads, I like it toasted. Yummy! I highly recommend this bread. The reason I gave it only four stars is because I wish the slices were bigger pieces of bread. The thickness is great but, the size of most Gluten Free breads tend to be on the smaller side.
