We love Annie's Homegrown Organic Products and this is no exception. It's a healthy NON-GMO dinner that's quick, easy and the whole family liked it! I use Tallgrass Company grass-fed ground beef and organic 2% milk and it was creamy and delicious for a boxed meal! Our local grocery store doesn't carry it, so I'm so happy I can order it through Amazon and at a good price.

Being a vegetarian for 19 years, I could barely remember what beef stronganoff tastes likes. This is one of the best tasting, high protein and easiest meals I've ever made! Since I use one package of the Morningstar Farms crumbles, there is no need to cook the meat first. Just add the pasta, flavoring mix, water, "meat" crumbles, and milk (I use skim) all together! Enjoy!
