Microwave pork rinds are FANTASTIC! November 17, 2008 Redbeard (Louisville, KY) If you enjoy pork rinds like I do, you can't miss this product. A minute and a half in the microwave, and you've got warm, crunchy deliciousness. There's just the right amount of spice, too. This is a great product.
great product, bad design November 14, 2008 Karen J. Barnes (Colorado , CO, USA) The product itself is great, it's the bag that needs work. I recommend that instead of microwaving them in the bag, spread them out on a paper plate or a microwave safe plate then popping them in the microwave for about 90 seconds. You do have to watch these cook though or they will burn on you. I really like the pork rinds themselves and they are a healthy alternative to chips though they are a little salty.
Lowrey's microwave pork rinds October 28, 2008 William P. Haltom Jr. (Oklahoma) Wal-mart used to carry these Lowrey's microwave pork rinds in a 4 pack, but as everybody knows just because it on wal-marts shelf today does not mean it will be there tomorrow. Well they discontinued carring them and I was BUMMED OUT beyond belief. I LOVE THESE THINGS. I done a search on line and found then on amazon.com and you can't imagine how happy I was. I bought 2 cases of them. My whole family is addicted to them. Did i mention I LOVE THESE THINGS. They go into my microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds and you have hot fresh pork rinds. They are so much better than the pork rinds in the bag on the potato chip isle. 2 Thumbs Up
Pork rinds October 25, 2008 K. Watson (Seattle) A friend of mine sent me some of theese, and I thought it sounded kinda gross. But found they were quite good for a snack, but the only place I've found them on the west coast is online
Thought it was a good idea October 16, 2008 collegeparkcutie (Maryland) I am giving these two stars because they did taste sorta good at first. But like the other reviewer said they do smell funny and they left a bad taste in my mouth. And they are very salty. I only cooked them for 90 seconds, the bag was still expanding when I stopped it but they smelled burnt when they were done (they said to cook until it stopped expanding but thank goodness I didn't do that). Nice idea but I don't think I will buy these again.
