I'm now about to place my second order for this chicken. The mix of dark and light meat makes this chicken much more "moist"--which comes from the higher fat content. Moist, that is, compared to the other canned chicken products that are "breast meat only." This product is 4% fat so might not suit all diets, however, if you are on an Atkins diet you realize that you don't have to sacrifice flavor and flavor is what you get with this chicken. It is a bit pricey compared to fresh chicken but I often make my own lunches and I find that this chicken makes a flavorful and richly moist ingredient for my various concoctions. I particularly like it with Barley Pilaf.
