wild-caught salmon! July 17, 2008 Julia (bryn mawr, pa) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
i like all of the g'day gourmet products - both salmon and tuna are wild- caught and sustainable...unlike their competitor whose tuna is from thailand and not sustainable and salmon is farmraised from chile. the g'day products are definitely worth trying...i love to add it to salads or put it on crackers/rice cakes. it's healthy, easy and very convenient.
Great flavor, great portion May 18, 2008 S. E. G. Gomez (San Antonio, TX) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My nutritionist gave me a plan where I have to watch my meal portions, and this product is excellent. One can is one portion of fish (salmon) and I do not have to spend time measuring. Additionally has a great flavor and is wild! I start buying the product at Whole Foods but suddenly I did not find it anymore, then I look for it online and found it at Amazon. Since then, I order it monthly. For a quick and healthy meal, it is a great choice.
Lemon Pepper Salmon November 13, 2007 Richard (Michigan, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This salmon is delicious and so convenient for a sandwich. One review mentioned the amount of salt it contained, but although it is high in sodium, it isn't overpowering and distasteful for me.

Altough I really liked the Salmon with chili from this company, I did not care for this item. It was a bit bitter tasting.
Lemon Pepper Salmon & Tomato Salsa Tuna August 11, 2007 Spy-der's Corner (United States) 9 out of 10 found this review helpful
I am reviewing these 2 items in this one review because alot of times, Amazon will post a single product review for all the products from same Company even tho products may be different. 1st-"""G'Day Pink Salmon/Lemon Pepper""". Good taste, a bit acidic from lemon, but the salt is too high. In this 3.5 oz can-Sodium is 440 mg. It does not need that much salt! 200 mg would have been plenty. Salt should enhance flavor, not overpower it. Calories-145/Fat-9g/Cholest.-35mg/Carbs-0g/Sodium 440mg/Protein 16g. I give 3 stars for this product because too salty based on my taste buds. Yours may welcome it. 2nd-"""G'Day Tomato Salsa Tuna""". Good taste. To me, very mild spicy but I LOVE hot sauces, jalapeno peppers and so on. 168 Calories/Fat-12g/Cholestrol-27mg/Sodium-290mg/Carbs 2g/Protein 13g. Not as salty as the Salmon but still, I don't understand the amount of salt manufacturers think is needed in food stuffs. I do give this Tuna however 5 stars and would buy again. So average overall is 4 stars. They come in pulltop cans, easy stacking in cupboard, easy to take with. No trans fats in either product. You do not have to mix anything in with Salmon or the tuna and can eat straight out of the can. Plain crackers worked very well with both products.
