Tast good. If Jack Link's can offer the drier/tougher version, I will get it as well.
If you love jerky, get the Mega Pack. There are not a lot of stores selling the Mega Pack. So far I see Amazon and Sam's club are selling it. I bought this from Amazon with promotion. It's even cheaper than I get from Sam's.

The nutrition facts off the label are total fat 0.5g, saturated and trans fat 0g, cholesterol 25mg, sodium 600mg, carbohydrates 4g, fiber 0g, sugar 3g, protein 15g per one ounce serving.
For some it may be too spicy. I liked them. :)
