We are offering a popular request of a mixed quarter of our 100% Grass fed Beef. Instead of getting a pricey rear quarter or a cheaper front quarter and too much ground beef... you get the best of both worlds in a mixed quarter. Everything from Fillet Mignon and Rib Eye Steaks to delicious Sirloin roasts and Beef Stew,Italian Sausage or 1/4 pound patties and of course some Ground Beef! Our Angus/Hereford cross beef gives an amazing tender and full flavored meat that because it is 100% grass fed is much healthier for you. Higher in CLA's and Omega 3's, lower in calories and as much as 2/3 less fat than conventional beef, plus it tastes great and is very tender! Our quarters will give you about 90 pounds of meat which will take approximately 3 cubic feet of freezer space or twice the size of a typical fridge freezer. Our meat is packaged in vacuum pack and will never freezer burn as long as the packaging is not damaged. Your grass fed, organically and humanely raised beef will be shipped flash frozen using UPS or DHL free of charge to you in the following states, NY, VT, NH, ME, MA, CT, RI, NJ, DE, PA, MD, VA, WV, OH, and District of Columbia.
