These are soft and chewy and do not hurt your teeth. I was doing the Atkins diet and they have some of the lowest carbs for jerky. They are really good. A little pricy-but the small bags are convenient snack sizes. They weren't any more expensive than when I bought them at Wal-Mart

Pretty good texture - this jerky is made from whole pieces of buffalo, and vary in tenderness. I think the mesquite flavor is a touch too sweet, though. Overall, a good product.
