The quality is so much higher than better known brands and it is consistent, can after can. It flies off the shelves at my local Whole Foods so I order it by the case. Definitely worth the price.

Yes,the Tuna is chunky but compared to other brands that sell all white Tuna this is dark tan and has the taste of dark tuna. Not quite up to snuff and should not be sold as all white Tuna!

As albacore solid tuna it is naturally very good. My one piece of advice (request) to the people who can it is to work on the ring-lift opener. It's difficult to open a can fully (I've opened several), and the rims of the cans are deeper than other cans so that my can opener doesn't work as an alternative. In addition I like to squeeze out excess water by pressing the lid down on the contents after opening, which is hard to do with a bent and curled lid even if I do manage to get it fully removed. It's good tuna if you can get to it.
