 Yummy, but no health food July 7, 2008

This is a very good flavor and has a creamy texture. Made up with milk, it is 70 calories and 8 gm carbohydrates per half cup. It mixes up in minutes. Usually, I wind up eating the whole envelope at once because it is addictive. (There are two envelopes per package for a total of 8 servings.) However, that said, it is not exactly a health food. I will let the following list of ingredients speak for itself:
Ingredients: Maltodextrin, partially hydrogenated palm kernal oil, modified corn starch, sodium caseinate, propylene glycol esters of fatty acids, acetylated monoglycerides, carrageenan, Sucralose (SPLENDA brand), sodium phosphate, mono and diglycerides, dipotassium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, artificial flavor, and artificial color (FD & C Red #40).

This is an excellent product. It tastes like the mousse products you get in Europe, but are hard to find in the USA. Best of all, it contains no sugar. It has an amazingly good taste considering that it lacks sugar. Even tastes good when made with skim milk. It is also very easy to make. I also recommend the lemon flavor of this product. However, the key lime flavor had a bit of an artificial taste to it.
