Although I love the taste and mouth feel of the Strawberry flavor Sans Sucre Mousse, this one was so bad that I had to throw it out. Very sour and artificial tasting. It also seemed to be a different consistency, not creamy like the Strawberry, but more foamy, like the flavoring ingredient had curdled it or something. The manufacturer should improve this flavor or else get rid of it.
It has 70 calories and 8 gm carbs per 1/2 cup serving made with milk. It is sweetened with sucralose. Says on the box it has no trans fat, but a major ingredient is partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil. Lots of artificial chemical ingredients, not exactly a health food!

Didn't taste at all natural like a real key lime pie. I recommend that you skip this flavor of this product and instead try the lemon and strawberry flavors, which are much better. They have a more natural taste. On the positive side, this product is sugar free, low in calories and easy to make. In general this company's products are very good. It is just this particular flavor of the product that is lacking.

I made a pie with the mousse and it was terrific. I even reorded it ,it was so good.
