This is another of those fast and easy meals that is so great.This I do like better than the Bengal Lentils,both are wonderful!A little more spicy than the lentils,but not as aromatic.More sauce makes this one easier to mix with other grains or what have you,without loosing it's flavor in the mix.Now all they have to do is package with recycled material and it would almost be perfect!!

One packet (one whole box) of Bombay Potatoes is 4 points on Weight Watchers. Often, for dinner I will supplement with fresh spinach, extra chick peas, or chicken sausage - this all makes for an extremely tasty, low point dinner or lunch that doesn't taste like diet food!
Tasty Bites contain only ingredients that are instantly recognizable- "whole" foods. The potatoes in Bombay Potatoes have a great, soft yet firm texture, and the sauce is incredibly flavorful. I highly recommend.

These were spicy, as in hot. Also had good curry flavor. I loved them served over/with a meat analog such as vegetable steaks, tender bits, etc. A nice cucumber and onion in yogurt salad goes well with them.
