This sauce is easy and tastes like fresh made sauce. I used in on vegetables (squash, zuchini, bell peppers, onions, etc.) and also on pasta.

Just had this tonight for dinner and it was so simple to heat up and absolutely no mess whatsoever!! It tastes very good, is a thick sauce and had a nice flavor with the veggies in it. You really can not see the veggies prominently so if you want the kids to get more vegetables this is an easy way to do it.

Very fresh tasting without the "metallic" taste of many of these pre-prepared sauces. It has as many uses as your imagination allows when thinking of a ragu paste. And it only takes a few minutes. Very recommendable.
