I really liked the flavor of this, and I also love the fact that it's so easy to prepare . . . just pop it in the microwave. It has a nice taste and it seems to have healthy, "real" ingredients. I will buy this again.

I bought this thinking that it would taste like the Kashmiri stuff we are used to. But this one smells bad and tastes worse. It is difficult to even take a small bite of this stuff. Avoid!!!

I just didn't enjoy this product as much as I'd hoped. I'd expected something with a bit more kick I guess. Still good, but not something I'm likely to purchase again.

The complete list of ingredients and nutritional facts are completely available down to the last detail. Either they have added them in the last 2 weeks or they were not noticed.

This is a very good product and comes very close to "fresh from the kitchen" but breaking the clumps/adding the water to get the right consistency isn't as easy as one would think.
