Expensive but delicious!October 21, 2008 Tricia(MN) I brought these as a result of my desire to add "good" nuts to my daily diet. I had been purchasing the Planter's "energy" mix but they were out of stock so I thought I'd give these a try. They are fresh and delicious with whole nuts - the walnut pieces are very large (two bites at least). The mix seems to be mostly almonds and walnuts, which is fine with me because those are good nuts for you. Unlike the Blue Diamond smoked almonds, these nuts aren't overly salty, which is a plus for me! On the downside, the little sticky paper that they include to "reseal" the package (after opening) doesn't work very well - I ended up putting the nuts into a container to keep them fresh because the package wouldn't stay closed after I opened it.
Rancid nutsJuly 23, 2008 Leon T. Rabinowitz The nuts when we opened the package were rancid. Amazon was nice in refunding us our money.
