This arborio rice is among the best I have ever tasted. It is easy to prepare and turns creamy and luscious when properly cooked. I highly recommend it.

The only dissatisfaction I had with both flavors was that although they were organic they did not list the ingredients on the advertisement. Being vegetarian the chicken stock was not appreciated. The texture of the rice when easily prepared per directions was excellent. If the chicken stock is in your diet I would recommend this product.

I made this rice but know better than to follow directions as to water amount - never use as much as the recipe calls for. This rice had a wonderful flavor, different than any store brands I have bought in my area. It was a delightful change. It claims it is natural but nothing on the packaging explains their definition of natural. I prefer natural but am willing to overlook the lack of info because of the great flavor.

I'm sorry I purchased this rice now. I made it for my family last night and none of us liked the flavor or the texture. The leftovers were thrown out. I have 5 more packages of this. I may have to find something to doctor up the taste or I'll have to give away the rest of it. I don't think it's the reduced salt because I often make my own rice with less salt than this Arborio Rice contains and we like that. Someone else may enjoy this rice but our family didn't and won't buy any more.

My husband and kids cleaned their plates of the Italian Arborio. I've made it several times with veal and chicken and the authentic flavor pairs well. Cooked it last night and need to order more. I have always been happy with the Fox River Rice quality and flavor.
