Yummy vegan Indian food. All you need is a can opener and a microwave, and you've got a tasty meal.

Hooked on Indian food, but two hours from the nearest such restaurant, I suffer. However, buying a case of Jyoti's Madras Sambar is arguably as good as having such a restaurant closeby. I have never had better canned or bagged Indian dishes; by far the best of the lot. Madras Sambar is a favorite.
