The ONLY Organic Split Peas June 21, 2008

Pea Soup has always been one of my all time favorite foods since my grandmother used to make it all of the time. Since I started buying organic products, I realized that no one produced organic split peas, no more pea soup. On a trip, I found these and was excited. I brought them home and tried the pea soup recipe on the package. These peas and the recipe on the package are both superb. Reccommended for anyone who likes pea soup. Also, since no one around me carries these, I suspect I will order from Amazon sometime soon (great price too).
