I'm 60 and my husband is 65, and since we started taking supplemental Super B-12 we both have more energy, and my cholesterol levels are finally normal. I can't say for sure if Super-B12 is what made the difference, but it is the only vitamin I added to our arsenal. And, don't ask me why because I am no expert, but my husband has early Alzheimers, and his memory has improved--trust me, he still has Alzheimers, but he is easier to deal with since adding this supplement. The liquid B-12 we were using was especially difficult when we traveled, and we take this pill form everywhere we go and stopped buying the liquid form entirely.
