Fructose is good when used right February 11, 2008

I have used fructose in the early 80's and there is a a trick to it. Don't use it in anything that is over 200 degrees F, use 1/2 the amt that you would of normal sugar and mix it with sun crystals for a "southern sweet" taste.

I buy this product thinking it was a sugar fruit, but is made out of corn. Is not bad but I rather have regular sugar
