whew...I wish someone had told me how SPICY HOT ginger is! I ordered this big bag to take to help my hot flashes but it is so spicy that I can't eat enough to make any difference... so I can't tell you if it works or not

Very good ginger for the low cost. The crystalized ginger I received was sweet, spicy, and had excellent fresher-than-usual flavor. Pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend this product and this excellent store (Mother Nature).
