I have enjoyed this oatmeal for the last four weeks. I had been eating another name brand sugar free oatmeal each morning. The oatmeal is creamy...and improves with a few minutes of "soaking" results in a healthy, fulfilling snack or breakfast. Highly recommended. I eat mine with a little splenda and some extra cinnamon sprinkled on top.
I do recommend. It is creamier than normal instant or quick oats

Last year I became diabetic. I learned a lot about eating right, but I never had time for breakfast. I'm a manager in an upscale market and I had noticed McCanns oatmeal had this instant made with splenda. I think this oatmeal has a great taste and I don't need to add anything to it. It's quick, so i can pop this in the microwave as my 12 grain toast is in the toaster.
I know this is a little pricey for outmeal, but it's better than what I would normaly eat!
One thing I do use on my oatmeal, I get the Coffee-Mate Sugar Free French Vanilla, it sounds weird but it's great.
When I became diabetic, my Triglycerides came back at 580, stroke city! after a few months of eating oatmeal and 12 grain toast, and taking 2 1000mg fish tablets a day, it came down to 72! My doctor was floored,he said he never saw someones come down that fast.
I hope this helps more people with an eating problem like me.

McCANN'S Instant Irish Oatmeal, Regular Flavor, 12-Count Boxes (Pack of 6)Sugar free. It has a great taste without the sugar. I put half of banana in it and it fills me up. Since I am a diabetic it works wonders for me

Perhaps my taste buds are out-of-whack . . . while this oatmeal looks like oatmeal in the bowl, after adding hot water, it mixes into more of an oatmeal paste rather than retaining the individual oatmeal pieces -- rather gummy. For me, the taste is quite bland; to enlighten the flavor, I added one teaspoon of Splenda and a dash of cinnamon. It's OK -- I'll finish the box, but most likely will not reorder. Hope this was helpful.
