Whole Wheat & Healthy August 4, 2008 Lori Smart (Eugene, OR) This cereal is one of a very few truly low sugar, whole wheat, healthy breakfast foods. The local health food stores carry it sometimes, but it's usually pretty expensive. My husband is type one diabetic & British, so he was very happy to learn we could get Weetabix through Amazon! A handful of fresh berries and a cup of unsweetened soy milk round out a very healthy, lowish carb breakfast without eggs for him. And the rest of the family love it, too!
Best British export since Beatles and Pret a Manger :-) July 29, 2008 AA (New York, USA) A real breakfast cereal. Guilt free, fat free, sugar free. I was first introduced to weetabix in 2001 while working in the UK. After moving to NY, I ried many different cereals including granolas, wheat brans, oats etc but found them to be either too loaded with sugar and oil or just too insufficient. Then I started my search for Weetabix and was glad to find it on Amazon. Since then, a weetabix biscuit with 2% milk has been a morning staple. It keeps me comfortably full till lunch time. I would certainly recommend this product as a healthy cereal.
Weetabix: as good as ever July 18, 2008 Rona Lesley (Quebec) Weetabix Organic Cereal, 15-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6) Excellent stuff, as always. My children find it boring, but it's organic and healthy, so they would.
Very easy and cost effective June 9, 2008 Justin Hood As an aussie, I love my Wheatbix (sorry Weetabix)... but living in Southern California, very few stores actually stock the product and when they do it is expensive. So the opportunity to buy on-line, in bulk and at a great price was pleasing. Very happy with the purchase.
A taste of home June 2, 2008 David McSweeney (Oklahoma, USA) As a Kiwi in the US it is fantastic to get this taste of home. Delivered. For less than I can get it in the nearset supermarket. Which is 100 miles away. 'nuff said.
