This granola is so good! I had previously been ordering the Bear Naked Fruit & Nut, also tasty. However, my brother got this sample in the mail and I'll admit, I stole it and ate it before he could see it. It was soooo good! Very sweet and awesome blend of flavors.
The box is much smaller than a regular cereal box, which is kind of what I was expecting. That's good though, because the serving size is small. I was worried I'd have "too much" granola but this is an eatable amount for a household of 2... it won't go bad before we scarf it all up. =)

and handful of this goes a long way - i eat this for a mid-morning snack at work, and it fills my voracious appetite! The boxes appear to be smaller, but the Mountain Medley packs a punch! I'm talking heavy duty cereal here, folks. It tastes good, thanks to the cranberries, which is good to combat UTIs for people with spinal cord injury, like me. The fiber helps me take a decent crap, too. Highly recommended! O, and it had OMEGA-3!!! awesome!

I don't normally write reviews. Infact, this is the first review I have written in the years that I have been shopping on this site, but I have to comment that this cereal just might be the best cereal I have ever had. It also just might be one of my favorite foods. It's that good! At the time of this writing, Kashi is offering a free sample. That's what convinced me. I can't say enough about this stuff. Just be on the cautious side, it does have 220 calories per 1/2 cup serving, so you might want to watch that you don't eat too much as hard as it might be.

This granola is the best stuff!!! We all love it at my house. All Natural, it starts with the Kashi seven whole grains & sesame blend and it's filled with cranberries, raisins, almonds, pecans and sunflower seeds and a little coconut. Not just a few here and there but a LOT of fruit and nuts!!!! All this goodness is mixed with a touch of golden honey and maple and then baked into crunchy whole grain clusters. YES, 100% whole grain... 33g or more per serving. PLUS 300mg of ALA Omega-3.
I love 1/2 cup of this over yogurt, it is so good that way, but seriously you can eat it right out of your hand. I take a little snack bag of this stuff for my kids everywhere we go.
