a "safe" cereal November 3, 2008

this cereal remarkably has no MSG in it (no "natural flavors", "barley malt syrup","malt", etc.), nor does it contain any GE components. its one of the very few cereals out there that are safe to eat, even from the kashi brand. [safe to me, meaning organic with no possible MSG sources]
my only beef with this cereal is that some nuggets are too sweet and some are not sweet. theres also huge variances between boxes. ive eaten boxes of this with no sugar or cinnamon in it. the quality control is poor.

My children like Frosted Mini Wheats but I don't like the refined sugar in them. The ingredients used to make Cinnamon Harvest are much better for our health and my kids love these!

This cereal is really good. It's crunchy and sweet, but it's not saturated in sugar. You can get kids to eat it as a snack without the milk too.

This product is great! It is not too sweet and you can eat it as a hand-held snack. Total is noticing Kashi is good enough to affect their sales. I get my vitamins from many healthy meals, not one. With the different flavors I sometimes mix them in one bowl. I think it is a good value for the money.

My kids love this cereal and want it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Does it get better than that? Some boxes do have more shreds at the bottom than others. Want a great idea? Dump the shreds in a bowl with some milk and microwave it -- it is yummy and no wasted cereal!
