Kellogg's Frosted Flakes Cups, 2.1-Ounce Cups (Pack of 60) We love the cereal cups! Our cereal is always fresh and it is so convenient to just pour milk in the cup. They are the best for traveling as they are small and easier than a box to pack!

Frosted Flakes has always been my favorite cereal. It's sweet, crunchy and it keeps for at least a year after you buy it. It has some vitamins packed in as well and that's a plus. The cereal gives you a sugar kick which is great on those mornings when it's hard to get started. It's even fun to eat without milk!
These cups are great for people on the go who want an individual serving of Frosted Flakes. They can be eaten dry straight out of the cup; or you can add milk to the cup and eat them with a spoon wherever you are.
On the other hand, it's not the most nutritious cereal you could buy. It lacks any real vitamin punch; and the sugar is terrible for your teeth! Brush your teeth after eating this to compensate for the sugar.
Overall, however, Kellogg's Frosted Flakes are fun to eat and they do have some nutritional value. This is no substitute for real vitamins and the sugar can be a lot for your teeth to take. It's a great breakfast cereal especially if you want a sugar kick and you take a moment of two to brush your teeth after eating it. If you're careful about the effects of the sugar, I would recommend this cereal for all ages! SMILE

I bought all of these cereals and they make a fast breakfast just add milk and run I use them for a snack before bed time too. I have lost weight with them too. I went down 63lb in one year using this product I am a believer that Kellogg cereal is a healthy way to eat. Thanks!

Our son is an extremely picky eater and almost never wants to buy the school lunch. These make a really convenient substitue for sandwiches every day. We pack a cereal, a fruit and extra milk money. He can pour the milk right into the cereal container and throw the whole thing away when he's done eating. Takes 10 second to pack his lunch which is great for the morning rush!!!
