Good rice August 16, 2008

Fine product: aromatic, palatable, fresh. A bit less protein rich than comparable products that I have used, but certainly a good choice for those who want rice with some nutritional value. Small bags (2 lbs) keep rice fresh. I recommend adding 50% more water to soften the rice a bit.
