Great tropical fruit flavor August 5, 2008

These are made with yogurt, pureed fruit, and fruit sugar, so they are very tasty and filling. Lots of fiber and protien. Great for everyone in my family---they grab as a quick snack and take it with them. A much better addition to the lunch box than sugary drinks. They will also serve as breakfast in a pinch.
Highly recommended.

I am a big fan of these smoothies because they are the only ones that are both low calorie and all natural (I hate Splenda). Also love that they have 5g of fiber. The mango is new and I love to freeze it overnight, throw it in my purse and a couple of hours later is a great snack to have on hand (but put it in a ziplock because it sweats). THe other flavors are great too.
